A Note from the Founders
Tanya Dodaro
Entrepreneurship runs in my blood—both my parents were entrepreneurs, and I grew up surrounded by the hustle, creativity, and determination that defines this journey. Looking back, it was inevitable I’d follow the same path. Now, as I watch my own two daughters grow, I feel a deep responsibility to equip young women with the tools, mindset, and confidence to pursue their own entrepreneurial dreams.
That’s why I launched ShePreneur.
Our mission is simple but powerful: inspire and educate young women on the power of entrepreneurship. Not every girl grows up in an environment that nurtures creativity, leadership, and independence. We aim to change that. Through mentorship, education, and real-world guidance, we help girls develop the skills and self-assurance they need to turn their dreams into reality.
Entrepreneurship isn’t reserved for those with degrees, connections, or resources. It’s for anyone with passion, grit, and drive. When young women embrace this mindset, anything becomes possible.

I’m so proud to be part of ShePreneur. As a 13-year-old who’s passionate about entrepreneurship, I know how exciting it can be to come up with ideas and turn them into something real. I believe that every girl deserves the chance to dream big and have the tools and confidence to make those dreams happen.
For me, entrepreneurship is about creativity, problem-solving, and finding ways to make a difference. I want to help other girls see that they can take control of their future—whether it’s starting a business, launching a project they’re passionate about, or just being brave enough to try something new.
I hope ShePreneur inspires girls everywhere to believe in themselves and realize there’s no limit to what they can do. Let’s build something amazing together!
